As a sponsor, you'll see multiple teams present solutions to your challenge. This is your opportunity to evaluate potential implementations.
Consider these factors when evaluating solutions:
- • Does it address the core problem?
- • How feasible is implementation?
- • What's the potential ROI?
- • How innovative is the approach?
After Demo Night, you may want to pursue one or more solutions:
- • Connect with winning teams
- • Discuss implementation possibilities
- • Negotiate any IP arrangements
- • Consider hiring talented builders
